The program focuses on strength and resistance training, designed specifically for individuals in their mid-30s to late 40s. At this stage, old injuries can resurface, and the demands of family and career can take a toll on both physical and mental health. I’m Zaffar Khan, or “Zaff.” Two years ago, my family and I relocated to the beautiful Statenkwartier in The Hague. I’m an ex-international rugby player with 14 years of playing and coaching experience.
I hold a Master's in Sports from Cardiff University and have had the privilege of training international sports teams and working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
